Yes, Kaiapoi (also sometimes known as Kaiapoi-Petone Group Textiles) was one of the main yarn manufacturers in New Zealand in the 20th Century. They released thousands of patterns, some of which can be found in my Etsy shop, along with other noted vintage Kiwi brands Fontana, Shepherd and Aotea. :)
